Pneumatic Tensioner Application 1

Caristrap’s CAT38 Pneumatic Tensioner is ideal for any heavy duty tensioning application, or for those who have many loads to strap on a daily basis. Caristrap’s CAT38 Pneumatic Tensioner is not only effortless, it is also the strongest synthetic steel tensioner available. It uses compressed air to torque the strapping for you, so that even the biggest cargo will be safely and solidly secured, with no excertion on your part! The CAT38 Pneumatic Tensioner is also the obvious choice for anyone who straps cargo on a daily basis. It will prevent fatigue and injury caused by repetitive hand tensioning, all while delivering a consistently secure load.

Round Nose Tensioner Application – Bundle of Pipes 1

Caristrap’s CET19R Tensioner is fitted with a round nose, making it the superior tensioning tool for all your round applications. Caristrap designed and invented the CET19R round nose tensioner to make your job easier and more efficient. When you tension the strapping, place the tensioner against the buckle and feed the top half of the strap into the cutter and tensioning barrel. Do NOT place the strapping under the brake pad. Make sure to keep the buckle teeth facing to the left.

TS-74 Combination Crimp Sealer

Caristrap’s TS-74 Combination Crimp Sealer is ideal for tensioning strapping on small, flat surfaces where space is limited. Whereas a regular tensioning tool requires a space of approximately 2-3 hands between the tensioner and buckle, the TS-74 requires none. The TS-74 is placed directly on top of the seal and tensions, just like with steel.

Ladder Buckle Application

Caristrap’s Ladder Buckle is the strongest buckle we offer. Caristrap designed and invented the ladder buckle to provide you with the strongest, safest, and most secure solution for all your lashing and strapping needs.

Caristrap vs Steel Strapping 1

Watch Caristrap’s syntetic steel strapping hold in place while the steel strapping breaks. Caristrap’s synthetic steel strapping has an elongation of 13%, compared to roughly 6% in steel. This allows Caristrap to stretch while steel snaps. As well, Caristrap has 99% memory, which means that the strapping will return to its original size and shape once the tension is removed.

Small Surface round application

Trusses can be bundled together using Caristrap’s synthetical steel strapping and CBT50 Manual Tensioner or TS74 Combination Crimp Sealer. The TS74 is the ideal tool to use when you are tensioning on the top of the load and the surface area available is limited.

Dump Test 1 – Caristrap 125WOJ

Caristrap’s synthetic steel strapping is not only safer, easier, and more cost effective than steel strapping, it is also stronger!
